Why Liberation?
Centering on Equity
Over the last several years, education has shifted to elevate equity-centered practices to ensure that students' needs drive their learning experiences. This shift has been transformational for establishing whole child learning for all students, especially for students who are often marginalized. However, addressing students' needs must go below the surface of addressing instructional and leadership practices in order to for students to thrive in college, career, and a global and diverse world.
Leading 4Liberation

Liberation focuses on getting to the root of educational inequities to remove the barriers and disrupt the biases that shape not only the practices, but also the mindsets and policies that promote both whole child and whole adult learning. One of the lessons that the pandemic has taught us all is that mental health and overall well being are essential for not only students, but also the adults and families that are a part of the school community. Leading 4Liberation places an emphasis on the learning and development of those adults as well as the students, so that equity is not considered just an initiative that the schools DOES, but instead it becomes who the entire school community IS.

Shaping Your Leadership Legacy

Liberated leaders and educators create the conditions that spark students' ability to liberate themselves and others for generations to come. When we experience true liberation as a learner and leader, it is our duty to set others free. Your 4Liberation coaching and development experience will be tailored to meet your needs as well as support the the priorities of your school/organization. Shaping your leadership legacy with liberation at the center will take your well being, cultural competency, and leadership effectiveness to the next level. The time to actualize your potential as a leader is now!
I look forward to partnering with you to make this school year your best year yet!
