Almost all innovation comes from necessity. A need, a gap in staff/student performance, and other signals of a lack of progress all indicate ripe grounds for innovation. Join a cohort of other like-minded leaders to construct innovative, equity-centered solutions to the leadership challenges that you and/or your school community face.
