Instructional Leadership Incubator

Increasing teacher effectiveness is the leading contributor to school success. Through the Instructional Leadership Incubator, participants will experience hands-on support with transferring culturally responsive theory into practice. Through intense liberatory coaching and personalized job-embedded development, participants will engage in customized goal setting and build their capacity to make data-driven decisions that promote whole child AND whole adult learning.
