The definition of untethered is unbound, unrestrained, not tied or limited in any fashion. Having never felt compelled to use this word in conversation or in writing until now, this title simply rolled off of my tongue in the shower well after starting to write, what I initially thought would be a free-write journal of my life experiences and lessons learned. Thank you for joining my unchartered journey as an author, an authentic illustration of how I found myself at a crossroad in both my personal life as well as my role as an educational leader.
